This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through innovative work behavior as a mediating variable. research was conducted at Ministry Agriculture such BPP (Agricultural Training Center), BPTP Technology Assessment Center) Agricultural Quarantine Center for Lampung Province. The sample used 155 respondents consisting 58 employees, 52 45 employees Province.
 uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, AMOS (Analysis Moment Structure) program. results this include; has positive significant performance, behavior, mediation Center, Province Center.
